No. Plans are billed monthly and renew each month until you cancel. You can close your account at any time by contacting us, and it ends at the end of the month you've paid for. Fees already paid are non-refundable, so cancel before your next billing date if you don't want another month.
Yes. Contact us and we'll change your plan. Upgrades take effect right away. A move to a lower plan takes effect at your next billing date. Your existing records stay in your account and stay readable, but you can't add new records for features your plan doesn't include. A few views, like CSA/SMS Monitoring and the full Pre-Audit Check, are available only on the plans that include them.
Each plan has a base monthly fee plus a per-driver fee, based on the number of active drivers in your account during the billing period. The slider above shows your price for your fleet size. Expert is quoted for your fleet.

No. Clear Rig tracks what's due and what's missing, and reminds you. Your company still files with FMCSA and state agencies, orders records like MVRs, and runs Clearinghouse queries.
No. The score summarizes your records as entered in Clear Rig against the checks we track. It isn't an FMCSA safety rating, CSA score or SMS result, and it doesn't predict the outcome of any audit, inspection or investigation. If you're audited, you still provide your records to the auditor. Clear Rig keeps them organized.
You can export your records at any time using the export features in your account, and after you close your account you can request an export. Federal rules require carriers to keep driver records for set periods, so we keep your records for the remainder of the applicable federal retention period unless you tell us in writing to delete them and the law permits deletion.
Expert adds the deeper records (weigh station, Hazmat, crash preventability tracking, MOTUS claim record, Hiring Pipeline, DocuSign, Auditor Mode and the full Pre-Audit Check), plus multi-role permissions and a dedicated account contact.
