Driver files, medical cards, licenses, inspections, insurance and filings, each with a clear status. Which areas you track depends on your plan.
An email goes to your contact, and to the driver when an email is on file, for CDL, medical card and annual review items, naming the item and the date, with a link straight to the file. Reminders follow as the date gets closer.
Your Audit Readiness Score updates as items clear, and items that can trigger an automatic audit failure are flagged on their own.
Each area has its own items, statuses and alerts, and they all roll up into the same Audit Readiness Score. Your plan decides which areas are tracked. An area your plan does not include is not counted against your score, and you can move up a plan at any time.
